Mark Asten

Founder / Managing Director

With 25+ years in B2B sales leadership, I help organisations build, restructure and accelerate high-performing teams. As a Fractional Sales Director and Coach, I focus on unlocking team performance, simplifying complex sales processes and growing revenue.

During my career I have grown a sales team from 12 people and no revenue, to a business of 150 in sales and CX, generating £55m ARR.

I’m also a freelance sports coach, primarily in rugby and cricket. The principles that matter on the pitch - accountability, communication and collective goals - are the same ones I bring to the boardroom.
